*Duration:* 6 + months *SAP Program Manager* *SAP HCM/ SAP FICO* *10 years of professional exp and 5 years in SAP* *Relevant Experience 7-8 years* * * *SAP Project Manager with the following requirements:* · This person will be involved in Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Phase 1; HR, FI/CO, Payroll and Phase 2; Contract Mgmt, E-Training) · FL&R Vertical (Freight, Logistics and Rail) · Will advise on overall SAP strategy · Resource needs in depth SAP knowledge, not to code level but · knows how to deliver SAP solutions, particularly HR/Finance/Payroll and going forward, Asset Management and Contract Management · Heads up PMO for SAP, so yes a program management oriented individual. · Will definitely work with multiple suppliers. · Prefers 100% premise based, but can have the resource work from home sometimes. • Experience working with SAP HCM, FICO, Payroll, Contract Management is a MUST. 10+ years professional experience • 5+ years of SAP product application experience • At least two full life-cycle SAP R/3 or ERP projects in a hands-on role. • Solid understanding of PM module and integration with QM and Procurement • Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written) • Proven ability to o Handle and thrive on accountability o Guide business owners and understand business processes o Maintain customer focus in the midst of difficult circumstances o Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment o Work independently as well as within groups o Identify and effectively resolve issues Experience working in FL&R Vertical (Freight, Logistics and Rail). Excellent Communication skills. Strategic Role.
