The Survey of English Usage at University College London will be running the 
11th Summer School in English Corpus Linguistics online from 1-3 July 2024.
This Summer School is an accessible and inspiring introductory course in 
English Corpus Linguistics for students of linguistics and students of the 
English language.
The course will be taught over three days in the morning (UK time). The course 
consists of theoretical and practical sessions.
Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of concepts in linguistics, 
especially grammar.
Places are limited. Be sure to book early to get the early bird rate.
For students in full-time education the course fee includes a free copy of 
either the ICE-GB Corpus (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/english-usage/projects/ice-gb/) 
or the DCPSE Corpus (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/english-usage/projects/dcpse/), with 
the associated exploration software ICECUP.
