We are organising a Special Session:* Harnessing the Power of Artificial Intelligence to Improve Outcomes for Patients with for Long-Term Health Conditions* (https://aiih.cc/lthc/) in the *International Conference on AI in Healthcare (AIiH)*, 8-10 September 2025, Jesus College, University of Cambridge. We would like to accept both *full length papers* (12 pages plus references) and *short abstracts* (up to 5 pages including references) for special sessions.
