Duties: RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of the enterprise data automation development team, will support data projects, data tools, and data query requests for release activities. Responsibilities will also include requirements development for data automation solutions to setup, and mask data in the environments. As a data team member participates in the creation of data usage best practices and guidelines. Primary responsibilities: • Supports the design, development and maintenance of automation data strategy, data processes and data tools • Analysis of data models to identify PHI, test data scenarios and to support creation of subsets of data • Support the test data setup processes for all releases with the CHC data community • Evaluates data mining request requirements and develops/runs the queries for the requests • Develops and follows test data strategy and best practices standards Skills: QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong analytical ability on data models, data relationships, data requirements, document process (e.g. design work flow) to design data queries and data automation process to support testing • Strong initiative and motivation skills to manage assigned data projects • Application testing experience • Advanced experience with SQL • Strong communication skills - oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups • Handle multi-task levels of responsibility • Working knowledge of MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of Healthcare application databases and integrated data flow Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least five, typically seven or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
