For more details please visit us at www.iconma.com Please find the requirement detailed below for our esteemed direct client. *Title: MES* IT Analyst/Engineer *Work Location:* Myerstown (or) Pittsburgh, PA *Duration: *6+ months *Job Description: * * * *Description:* - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) it Analyst or Engineer. *Brief Description of the Position:* - The incumbent will be a member of a systems group providing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) which includes Process/Plant Information Systems (PIMS), Custom Applications, Systems Integration with SAP and Plant Floor Systems, and Layered Applications. *The Incumbent Will:* - Assist with the operation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) a mission critical GxP production system. - Play a key role during the system implementation at the manufacturing site. - Assist with future upgrades, enhancements and change control procedures pertinent to MES. - Create and maintains documentation for operation and upgrades and trains users. - Assist with the GMP compliance of the systems and batch record and data integrity. - Interact with business partners and clients, at the plant site, to define business and technology requirements, providing the best solution for an MES implementation. - Assist with the, specification, design, development, installation, configuration, test, and integration of solutions. - Have shared responsibilities for production support and maintenance of solutions. - Manager is looking for someone with experience in any MES package. - This is a new tool that came out in the last 4 - 5 years. *Required Skills:* - BS/BA in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science plus a minimum of 1 year experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems. - Minimum 1 year experience with application systems analysis and design. - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels of the organization. - Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems/e-Batch records in a GMP environment. - Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and to initiate and execute system enhancement projects to fit Operations needs. - Ability to learn the manufacturing process and to develop workflows. - They will need to have the configuration, installation, testing, and implementation experience. - Nice to have Oracle and Sequel but not required. *Preferred Skills:* - Experience with regulatory documentation and procedures. - Automation experience. - Work experience with an MES product(s), i.e. Invensys ArchestrA, Werum PAS-X, Simatic IT, Propack Data PMX, etc. - Good understanding of compliance requirements and experience validating electronic systems under GMP. - Experience in managing change control of such systems. - Knowledge or experience with control systems is highly desirable. - Experience in dealing with external vendors and contributing to the existing and future design and usage of the system on-site. - Understanding of Oracle databases and IT networks/Servers/Storage systems so as to be able to directly deal with IT infrastructure matters relating to the MES system. - Knowledge of Historian and LIMS systems would also be an advantage and their integration into MES as well as overall exposure to main principles of ERP as used within a Manufacturing environment. - Experience implementing User Requirements through ongoing continuous improvement of the MES Systems applications suite and departmental business processes. - Minimum 1 year experience with the configuration of wireless devices. *The details we require with your latest updated resume: *1) Full Legal name: 2) Rate: *W2/1099/C2C**:* 3) Contact address & # and alternate telephone number 4) Work Authorization 5) Email ID 6) Availability *About Iconma:* ICONMA is a consulting firm, that provides professional staffing services and project based solutions for a broad range of Fortune 1000 companies.
