Description: ******US CITIZENS, GREENCARDS, PERM RESIDENTS ONLY*** ***NO ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES*** Supervises, guides and provides technical leadership, support and training to the Web development staff. • Assists the manager in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section. • Works with client management to identify and specify complex business and E-business requirements and processes, and in the application design, testing and implementation process. • Evaluates systems specifications for client area's) Web site requirements. • Develops ad prepares, in conjunction with the graphic design staff, Web page (software and graphics) solutions. • Determines and implements (codes, integrates, installs updates to the software packages) the most efficient and cost effective software/ package solution. • May coordinate Web application changes with the client area's), the Web Group and development staff, operations, network, telecommunications, security and IT technical staff. • Works with the above groups, as appropriate, in the testing of program and system modifications. • Acts as expert technical resource to Web development staff in all phases of the Web application development process. Performs related duties as assigned or requested. • Receives general supervisor form the Web Development Manager.
