Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing ETL processes using SSIS toolset. Good grasp of tuning SQL in SQL Server under OLAP DB design. Has experience with migrating objects from development to production environments. Uses best practices and naming conventions when doing SSIS development – Use of Sequence containers, namespaces, template packages to do logging and event handling, and caching of lookup components. Does DTExec performance testing of the packages before giving a go ahead for Deployment/User testing. XML data sources, multiple formats of data integration and mapping, and multiple system migrations.The Senior SQL Developer will provide direction on database aspects to the team of existing SQL developers on various database related activities.
