  REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced experience working on Oracle HRMS, multiple country/multi
currency/multi SOB architecture.
Previous experience with implementations and major version upgrades of
Oracle.
Oracle Financials experience a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency writing clear and concise requirements as well as
facilitating requirements gathering sessions.
Fully documents all program functions, business rules, data requirements and
business processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with the customer.
Strong negotiation skills to reach agreement on realistic requirements scope
and schedule.
Maintains process modeling standards for both COTS and custom applications.
Coordinates the development of functional requirements documents that
include a detailed description of user needs, program functions, and
business rules to ensure compatibility and integration of applications that
meet the needs of the stakeholders.
Ability to quickly ramp up on new applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts in a business
context.
Proactively anticipate and identify issues, then develop recommendations and
courses of action which are consistent with business objectives and
functional requirements.
Problem determination skills to conduct testing and to lead and user
acceptance testing.
Reviews computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Studies existing processing systems to evaluate effectiveness.
Defines news system capabilities to improve production or workflow as
required.
Prepares workflow charts and diagrams to specify in detail operations to be
performed by equipment and computer programs, and operations to be performed
by personnel in the system.
Conducts studies pertaining to development or implementation of new systems
to meet current and projected needs.
Plans and prepares technical reports, memos, and instructional manuals as
documentation of program development.
Prepares time and cost estimates for completing projects.
Comprehends, and understands program/project strategy, roadmaps and
timelines for execution.
Provides technical direction and training to other business analysts.
Assertively challenges questionable designs and/or assumptions and
critically evaluates project deliverables.
Mentors others through issues and if needed, facilitate resolution
Must be a constant learner.  Stays up to date on industry knowledge and
striving to learn about new and emerging technologies and trends in the
Exhibition, Information Technology (IT) industries as well as business
practices and trends (including regulatory and compliance requirements).
Relentlessly seeks to understand the technology product & service offerings
by vendors providing products and services in their domain area.
Identifies and applies technology based solutions to support solutions
required for business problems.
Interviews business user to obtain business requirements for new analytic
and operational applications.
Stays abreast of emerging technologies, practices, etc. in order to
understand their potential as future enabling technologies for business
solutions.
Process flow diagrams – Visio or other process modeling software
Exposure to process analysis methodologies.

Minimum training requirements:
Formal education in at least one of the following three areas:
Logical and physical data modeling.
Dimensional data modeling.

Minimum experience requirements:
1-2 years experience developing and training others on business processes.
Experience in one or more process modeling tool.
Experience managing software solution projects that have a budget of at
least $100,000.
Cross technical project management experience.  Working with cross-technical
project teams to develop solution options and recommendations and leading
cross technical projects to successful delivery.

Minimum educational requirements:  (Include justification for degree status)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering,
or related discipline with an information technology focus (necessary to
develop self-direction, writing ability, critical thinking, and foundations
of programming and software delivery fundamentals).
Significant business and technical experience will be considered.
