*Job Title:* *Location:* *Duration:* Network Engineer/Technician II Purchase, NY 6 mths *Job Description:* Under direct supervision, assists with the installation and support of network communications, including LANs and/or WANs. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations involving readily identifiable problems. Assists in the planning of large scale systems projects through vendor comparison and cost studies. Typically requires a college degree and some knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications. * * The ideal candidate will have technical networking expertise and background to join a distributed team residing in NY, Texas, Florida, and Chicago. The team’s responsibilities primarily include managing network device implementations according to pre-approved Client engineering standards. Other roles include application profiling and third level network troubleshooting using various network management tools such as OPNet ITGURU, Cisco Works, NETQos, WCS, WLSE and others.
