Location: WA State Duration 9 Months to 1 years Please send resume to [email protected] NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER *1.1.1 *Configure, Maintain and Optimize: Windows 2003 servers, Exchange 2003 mail servers, DHCP and DNS servers and related equipment, devices, and systems; Anti-Spam server software, Web Filtering, E-Mail Archiving, Anti-Virus server software, and Active Directory assistance. *1.1.2 *Maintain network security, including firewalls, Group Policy Restrictions, managing host security, NTFS permissions, file system integrity. *1.1.3 *Monitor backup and disaster recovery plans including periodic testing and verification confirming controls are in place and effective. *1.1.4 *SQL server configuration, management, support and optimization. *1.1.5 *Provide ongoing in-house training for personnel as needed. *1.1.6 *Provide license management services to ensure timely license renewals. *1.1.7 *Provide and maintain network documentation as it relates to overall network structure. *Relevant Experience and Past Performance * The experience and qualifications of the personnel who directly provide services will be evaluated. Evaluation criteria will include: A. Previous experience in providing networking support services. B. Previous experience with designing, implementing and supporting network services. C. Previous experience in collaborative planning and support of government entities and community-based organizations. D.
