Hello We are looking for a Senior Business and Process Analyst that has specific experience with a "*Knowledge Base*" or "*Knowledge Management*" system. This is a requirement for the position. Role is located in West borough, MA and will be for 3-6 months in duration. *Candidate MUST be able to FTF after a phone screen.
*Please respond to* [email protected] * Position Responsibilities: - Planning for a consolidation / replacement for a knowledge base system. - Will be the lead for this initiative through the solution desk process. - Create and manage end-to-end process models for key functional and cross-functional processes. - Partner with business leaders to stay abreast of strategic imperatives and planned business model evolution. - Identify critical change opportunities using best practice consulting tools and methodologies, specifically Lean Six Sigma, and Consulting Frameworks. - Develop business cases and detailed business requirements for prioritized projects including high level process analysis, identification of key gaps, approach options, estimates and projected ROI. - Accountable for overall program management partnering with Service Delivery Group. Required Skills: - 5 – 8 years experience as a Business Systems / Process Analyst. - Knowledge Base experience a must. - Communication and Negotiation skills are of the upmost importance. - Ability to work effectively, and communicate with Senior Management. - Possess operational command of the business. Desired Skills: - Project Management experience a huge plus.
