This individual must be experienced and well-organized to contribute to successful implementations of enterprise software solutions in the area of Business Analysis and Requirements Management. Requirements 9 -10 + years of experience business and system analysis Seeking someone with a strong .net background Strong modeling skills, including business, process, requirements, applications, software, data, and technology 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Business Process Management Experience with problem or solution analysis, including requirements techniques like UML Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management, and/or application/technology road mapping Broad systems architecture design, planning and implementation experiences Experience with SDLCs, preferably with non-waterfall industry methodologies like Rational Unified Process (RUP), SCRUM, and other agile processes Preferred: Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (BPM, rules engines, EA tools) Experience with high-volume, transaction processing software applications Experience with mainframe and distributed technology experiences Individual and Leadership Skills Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with business and technology management and staff Proven planning and project management skills Change management/organizational effectiveness skills Excellent analytic and critical thinking skills Outstanding oral and written communication skills Consultative ability, including strong listening skills Facilitation and coaching skills Strong judgment and leadership characteristics Relevant Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred Thanks and Regards. . .
