REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3-4 years experience
Required: MS Office including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel, Visio, Project,
SQL server 2000
Excellent interactive people skills.
Detail oriented, analytical, and logical thinker.
Problem solving skills and decision-making ability a must.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Strong background with requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience in applying system development lifecycle principles and
methodologies.
Experience translating technical requirements and issues into appropriate
context.
Experience with EDMS products to include enterprise content management,
letter generation, OCR, data perfection. Experience with FileNet, DocFinity,
xPression, FormWorks, or Documentum.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and large
data processing systems.
Experience with MMIS functional business areas to include claims, provider
services, provider enrollment, recipient services, systems, third party
liability, etc.
Experience creating Detailed System Design and Requirements Analysis

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies, analyzes, and articulates business and functional requirements
to define feature sets for production systems.
Prepares change requests and requirements documentation.
Works directly with end-users and developers to drive the translation of
business needs into technical & design specifications.
Analyzes requirements in terms of system functionality, then conceptualizes
to define the problem and formulate potential solutions.
Makes and reports solution recommendations to management.
May perform system configuration, assist or oversee unit, integration, and
user acceptance testing including participating in plan development, writing
test scenarios/scripts, analyzing test data and determining expected
results.
Provides expertise in the areas of operational requirements for information
technology systems, architecture development and information management.
May conduct research for or write portions of technical proposals, RFPs, or
Statements of Work; may also participate in marketing presentations where
technical expertise is required.
Works with operations teams to create [system] complimentary policies,
procedures, and processes, including product and training documentation.
Coordinate the needs and efforts of all project stakeholders including
sales, the client, and development from project inception through
implementation.
Negotiate and manage pragmatic customer expectations and deliverables on all
levels.
May be responsible for instructing, directing and monitoring the work of
assigned personnel.
