Responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of storage systems that support our development, test and production systems. Work in EMC/ Cisco storage environment that exceeds 10 Petabytes in size and perform operational recovery tasks utilizing Quantum and Commvault technologies. The storage clients are 95% Microsoft Windows with the rest being Novell Netware and Unix. *POSITION : 1 Sr. Level Storage Administrator* Bachelor*s degree in Computer science or related field, 4-6 years in storage administration experience, ITIL Fundamentals certification is a plus Skills: Advanced knowledge of Windows NT/2000/2003 and 2008 Clustering and virtualization Advanced knowledge of SAN connectivity solutions and best practices Advanced knowledge of block level storage technologies including RAID and best practices and NAS technologies and best practices Intermediate understanding of Commvault and backup/restore/archive best practices Advanced understanding of hardware/software upgrades, installations, maintenance and trouble shooting Ability to: Work creatively and analytically in a faced paced, rapidly changing environment Work effectively in business emergency situations Organize and managed time effectively Work independently and as part of a team POSITION : 2 Jr. Level Storage Administrator Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or related field, 2-4 years in storage administration experience, ITIL Fundamentals certification is a plus Skills: The skills for this position are the same as above with Intermediate knowledge of Windows NT/2000/2003, Clustering and virtualization.
