Insurance industry experience. Good communication skills both oral and written a must. Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Visio preferred but not required Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Will assist in defining user requirements, assuring consistency of design and support the organization Will be responsible for: -Feasibility analysis (operational, functional, economical). -Project Management. -Business case development; System Integration; and Process Streamlining.
