MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Java Portal Developer with experience in JSR-168 (Portlets) * Bachelor*s degree or relevant experience * General experience in database design, OO Analysis and Design, and software architecture * 3 - 5 years professional experience in developing applications using Java programming language * Experience working with a portal framework (Liferay preferred) * Demonstrated success in developing and implementing software applications in business environments * Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimal supervision * Ability to effectively organize and manage time and resources for successful project management and completion * Typing skills sufficient to quickly and consistently write application code with minimal typing errors * Strong customer and results orientation * Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures * Ability to function as an effective team member * Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves TECHNICAL SKILLS: HTML Javascript CSS JSP Servlets Java (J2EE) JSR-168 (Portlets) Spring framework Good SQL skills (SQL Server preferred) Basic Linux skills SOA experience is a plus Apache & Tomcat are a plus Thanks and Regards. .
