*Job Description:*
We are looking for a Workflow Developer/Analyst for our Oracle Applications
environment, version 11.5.10. Please find below the Scope of Work for our
requirements.
- Review all workflows that are being currently used (directly and
indirectly) including OCM, Order Management, Shipping and related, in
Arbonne environment.
- Review of Design of Customized Workflow
- Review and Evaluate Dependent processes triggering/initiating workflow
(Business Event, PL/SQL code, Third party application interfaces, Forms),
which could be suspected source of problem
- Review/Evaluate XML gateway (if implemented)
- Review/Evaluate XML Publisher (if implemented)
- Provide Root Cause Analysis
- Archive Growth – Archive Log Generation
- Table Growth
- Frequency of Scheduled Workflow background Jobs
- Deferred status before being processed
- Solution/Fix
- Provide Recommendations
- Impact analysis of Recommendations
- Work with Business Analyst and explain the impact to the business –
Work also with our Development team.
- Tune Setups and perform fix
- Reduce Archive logs from 400 GB to normal – 400GB/per day
