This manager has 4 positions. has been seeing heavy duty developers and Administrators, but here is what really needs: Websphere developer and Websphere Admin in a Unix environment. This person needs to be a web application server developer (Java based) on a Websphere server. Enough Websphere experience to manipulate the application, but not an full Websphere Administrator. Must have web-based application coding in a UNIX environment but not as an administrator.
