Job : UI Designer
Location : Bentonville, AR
Rate : $45/hr on c2c AL.
Duration : 6 months + extendable

*UI Designer** with at least 2 years experience.*
*Job Overview: *The User Experience Designer will be responsible for
designing user-centered interfaces. The position will collaborate with
end-users, other stakeholders, project managers, information architects and
front-end developers to refine and improve the user experience.
- Ability to annotate screen designs to assist in the page specification
creation process
- Ability to discern ideal workflows and implement them into web
applications (workflow development and documentation)
- Experience creating and leading usability studies
- Experience creating applications using the principles of User Centered
Design
- Ability to create paper mockups and draft mockups using Visio for use
in JAD sessions
- Ability to create ‘final look’ mockups using Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience identifying requirements within screen design and ability to
assist in the documentation
- Experience creating and/or maintaining style guides
- Knowledge of design standards regarding website/app design for distinct
user groups based on education level, job responsibilities and level of
required interaction
- *Preferred but not required: *
· Experience creating image repositories
· Experience optimizing images for developer use
