Minimum Requirements: 5 to 10 years experience as a Microsoft SQL Server DBA. Expert level experience installing, managing and troubleshooting SQL Server 2000, 2005, and 2008 including log shipping and replication environments. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server clustering, backup procedures, recovery and disaster recovery planning and implementation. Candidates must understand web hosting operational concepts of TCP/IP, networking, enterprise storage systems, backups, internet security, load balancing, directory services, application and infrastructure monitoring, server virtualization, automation, disaster recovery, high availability, scalability and web site management. B.S. degree is desired, preferably in a technical discipline. Microsoft Certified IT Professional or MCDBA certifications a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
