REQUIREMENTS: Functional knowledge of Oracle Human Resources, functional knowledge of Self Service Human Resources, advanced functional knowledge of Application Developer, proficiency at identifying, collecting and documenting customer functional requirements, proficiency translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, proficiency developing test plans and executing system tests against designs, technical experience modifying/creating Workflows, advanced PL/SQL knowledge with equivalent experience, experience with Oracle HR APIs and experience creating inbound/outbound interfaces to/from HR.
