******For Immediate feedback please forward your resume to [email protected] ******** * REQUIREMENTS: A CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) technical person with 2+ years experience using CC&B (preferably on release 2.2 or higher) Be able to rapidly troubleshoot issues with the entire Oracle proprietary Customer Care and Billing software (not generic billing software using an Oracle data base) Know and be able to support all the back end components of the CC&B system (e.g. Cobol, Java Algorithms, Plug-ins, etc.) with the ability to debug and code in these. Know the architecture and how to configure the CC&B application Know the data structure * the relationship of the tables on CC&B Should possess good testing experience May develop reports to do miscellaneous work which include testing CC&B modules, leading the testing group, debugging, UAT, some coding of rework, user support and documentation.
