Requirements: Competency to work at highest level of data analysis Strong research and evaluation skills Working knowledge Logical Data Modeling techniques. Working knowledge of Dimenional Modeling, Star Schema design and full data warehouse lifecycle. Working knowledge of physical database design and DDL generation. Working knowledge of ERWin (or similar data modeling tool) Working knowledge of ER/Objects/Dimensional modeling concepts Ideal candidates will be able to evaluate complex client business requirements and processes, including software enhancements and maintenance to existing software, and design an optimal logical data model. You must be able to provide technical design direction and support work on multiple RDBMS platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2 Mainframe and create physical models / generate DDL.
