Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 months Please send me your resume on *[email protected]*** *The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:* • Supervision of subordinate members of the project team, including the assignment of work to other technical team members. • Experience with managing large projects • General/Detail design • Business process analysis • Detailed program specifications • Coding • Debugging • Implementation planning and testing • Addressing and recommending solutions to technological issues or operational problems • Project tracking, implementation planning and Interface testing. • Interpreting federal regulations *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:*** *Required:*** Minimum of (8) eight years experience in the programming and design of large scale IBM mainframe based systems using: • DB2, Telon, Cobol, CICS, Streamweaver, CA and BMC Utilities • Finalist, AFP Print, Connect Direct and Secure FTP, SPUFI, QMF,JCL, XPEDITER • Easytrieve Plus and File-aid and File-aid DB2 and CyberFusion. • Considerable familiarity with structured system development methodologies, and programming languages. • Extensive experience in Financial Subsystem Maintenance and development in a large scale IBM mainframe environment. • Extensive experience supporting direct deposit and debit card processing • Experience in data transfer and interface methodologies between Mainframes, and Mainframe to Servers in a statewide and nationwide environment. • Experience interpreting federal regulations and determining the impact on the existing legacy environment Preferred: Experience in State or Federal Government Child Support System Please forward the resume of your qualified candidates with contact phone, current location and email addresses.
