Ø Experience defining user requirements, performing needs analysis, and project management for Microsoft-based solutions; combined with business and technical communications skills. Ø Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies such as MS-Office, MS-Project, Visio, SharePoint. Ø Experience with use case design/analysis/specifications, test plan design & defect analysis, and SDLC methodology is essential.
