MSP-based Higher rate requested for higher level skills needed. Complete Description: Test Lead experience on multiple projects and phases of testing including UAT. Facilitation experience with test planning, test execution and defect triage meetings. Experience with writing test plans, test estimates, work delegation and creating metrics. Test Case design experience from requirements and design documents. Quality Center experience Experience working with business users. More than a year of experience testing IMS, DB2 or closely related mainframe experience, including working with tools such as FileAid and QMF Data verification experience, including database and data file verification, preferably on a data migration project A high degree of flexibility and the capacity for learning quickly Self-directed - need to be able to interpret and follow directions and apply them Strong attention to detail Team player Nice to have: Familiar with and able to run JCL jobs Some familiarity with COBOL Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in CS or IS with 1- 5 yrs of expe. in an IT testing envi.
