REQUIREMENTS: seeking a Lead QA Analyst with Business Analyst functions (test planning and gather requirements). Candidate will be responsible for functional and integration test planning and execution. Review requirements specifications and prepare test strategy/plan. Facilitate identification of business user acceptance criteria. Prepare and execute test scenarios/plans to include functional and integration testing. Ensure requirements traceability. Drive defect identification, tracking and resolution, conduct defect meetings. Complete test documentation (conditions matrix, test scripts). Capture and report quality metrics for QA testing phases. Assist with user acceptance test (UAT) activities as needed.
