NetApp background would be a nice additional skill. Requirement is for strong attention to detail and very strong interpersonal skills which are required to pro-actively obtain buy-off from business units for migrations. Many of the Tech Refresh migrations will take place during weekends so PM is expected to work on certain weekends. Tech Refresh project is being managed in two shifts and the other team is being managed by another PM. This role would be needed for a 6-month period.
