*Description:* The candidate must have extensive experience in *Medical Affairs, EDC and Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS) in Clinical – an absolute MUST have.* Business Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Identify, track, and maintain an inventory of business needs to be defined in detail for application systems • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business and user requirements; identify gaps between system capabilities and business requirements; and map capabilities to requirements to ensure that business needs are met • Develop business area process models, activity diagrams and use cases • Own and author User Requirements Document • Create logical level data models • Lead the translation of business and user requirements into test conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT) • Develop and manage data to be utilized for *UAT* test cases • Assist with the development and execution of change management and training throughout the organization during the Implementation of system solutions • Understand project management and contribute to defining work plans and keeping track of progress *Skills/Knowledge Required:* • 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst with requirements elicitation, documentation, testing, training • Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science industry experience • Exposure the Medical Affairs or Clinical Operations function a plus • Experience working in GxP validation environment a plus • Requirements documentation tools such as BluePrint Requirements Center a plus • Exposure to visualization software such as iRise a plus • Project experience with COTS and web application requirements, design, or development Functional Knowledge includes the following: • Awareness of Business and Enterprise Architecture • Regulatory Compliance and Validation • Strong Customer and Business Relationships • Systems Development Life Cycle (Analysis through Implementation) • Business Analysis, Requirements Definition and Management • User Acceptance Testing *Position Skills/Knowledge Required:* • Business Acumen • Financial Management • Project task management • Facilitation of requirement session • Presentation to team and business audience for deliverable • Lead multiple teams, limited scope • Influence • Analytical Skills • Six Sigma, Lean or Business Process Change Techniques a plus • Excellent communication skills. *Please respond to [email protected] only* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
