Location: Clevland, OH
Duration: Long Term Contract
Client Would accept candidate with 2-3 yrs experience
- 3-5+ years *of SAP ABAP-HR* development experience including full cycle
implementation, upgrade and post implementation support.
- Experience working in Global SAP HCM Implementations is desired.
- Should have experience in developing Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound),
Batch jobs and Reports in SAP HCM module.
- Should have experience in SAP enhancement techniques like Customer
Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework & develop conversion programs using
LSMW.
- Should have experience in developing Webdynpro ABAP & Adobe Life Cycle
Designer (ADLC)-to-design Adobe Forms (both print forms and interactive).
- Knowledge & understanding of *HR* IDOC Structures and good
understanding of ALE, Workflow & SAP XI required.
- Good communication skills, ability to coordinate with Business and
Technical team for the requirement and delivering the solution along with
Process testing.
- Ability to take charge and deliver results with a minimal
supervision.
