****For Immediate feedback please forward your resume to [email protected] ****** Required skills and abilities: • Current, hands-on and in-depth expert-level experience with FileNet 4.5, in particular the Process Engine, as well as other related IBM products • Expertise using all tools used in the development of workflows and configuration of FileNet, including security, folder/cabinet structures, and external interactions with FileNet via the Java API • Ability to follow detailed project plans accounting for all necessary activities and resources • Ability to work independently and perform job with minimal supervision • Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative solutions to meet both business and technical requirements, and to articulate the information to management • Ability to consult with technical staff, higher-level business professionals, vendors and consultants to elicit and captaure input in clear and concise project documentation • Bachelor’s degree with two years of experience in a senior FileNet implementation or technical architecture role • Minimum of five years of overall IT-related experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience.)
