Any Degree Required Skills: At least 3 years HCM ( PeopleSoft, Oracle HRMS, SAP HCM) consulting experience A minimum of 6 months and 1 full life cycle implementation of Workday HCM Software that includes experience with requirements gathering, configuration, implementation and testing Experience leading process design workshops, working on business case assessments, and defining work plans and methods to achieve the defined operational business goals.
