Position : Technical Leader (Sr. Consultant) .NET/C# Rate : $52 phr on C2C Location: Barrington, IL (must be open to relocation for long term project) Responsibilities: 1. Overall architecture and design for the project 2. Research and present technology alternatives to the customer. Help customer managers identify pros & cons for different technologies and make recommendations. 3. Manage technical task allocation and track progress with global development team distributed in the US and India. Must be open to phone calls and meetings in overlapping timeslots with the team. a. Provide the overall vision for the project. b. Allocate tasks and track progress of tasks from individual team members. c. Provide technical guidance when the team members hit the roadblocks. d. Collect issues and find solutions. e.
