Name: Total Experience: Availability: Immigration Status: Current Location: Phone: Email: Rate/ Salary on C2C: Current Salary: EMPLOYER DETAILS: Job Title : SAP PI Consultant Location : Wilmington, DE Duration : 06 Months Visa Status : Open Rate : $Open all incl on C2C Start date : ASAP Type of work : Onsite JOB Description: · Support the production systems by performing break/fix analysis and resolution · Develop new programs and fix or enhance existing Interfaces using PI. · Coordinate with Business Analysts and End Users to troubleshoot and resolve system and interfaces problems. · Provide off-hours production support of the PI environment as well as monitoring of the interfaces · Convert functional specifications into interface code that meets requirements. · Understand the affect of SAP configuration on programming logic. · Unit test and support the integration test of customized programs. · Write technical specifications Description of Technical Skills Must Have Skills · Skilled in developing new Interfaces using PI using IDoc, RFC, SOAP Adapters, and ABAP Proxy. Experienced in finding and correcting bugs in existing programs. Must be able to debug and modify standard SAP programs that have been customized. Must be able to thoroughly unit and integration test. · Skilled in correcting program logic to make long-running programs efficient · Ability to provide off-hours production support for the PI system. Require knowledge of interface programs and standard SAP processes that execute in the batch cycle and how to restart/restore after a system or application failure · Excellent writing skills required to write and maintain documentation, such as technical specifications for PI interfaces · Able to work with Business Analysts, End Users and other IT staff to identify and resolve problems · Ability to travel (10%)—time may be split between Washington DC and Wilmington DE. Strong Plus (But Not Required) · Experience with Java Mapping, Java Proxy, ccBPM, JCA Adapters, Web Services, JDBC and Monitoring Rules Description of Softer Skills · Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail & capacity to assign priorities to multiple competing and important activities under tight deadlines. · Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills, demonstrated ability to interact with a variety of end-users. · Well organized with consistent attention to detail and quality · Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Description of Deliverables 1.
