*Position: AIX Admin Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 Months * *Skills * * Work experience in Install/Upgrade AIX, LINUX and environments. * Work experience on upgrade and patch management, knowledge in IBM power hardware and virtualization. * Experience in install/support VIO servers and LPARs(AIX), Experience in setup, maintain and troubleshooting Unix environments. * Good knowledge in RHEL, AIX and Solaris OS administration, Understanding to manage clustering/ High Availability ( HACMP/Power HA, Red Hat Cluster & Oracle RAC). * Working experience OS hardening and securing the servers, Maintenance, gathering data for performance analysis and performance tuning, Experience in Scripting and Automation. * Good experience in troubleshooting issues Understanding in Incident/change/vendor management, production & on-call support experience is must. * In-depth knowledge and hands on expertise on Exposure/experience to other Unix (Solaris, Linux). * Good understanding about Data center technologies like virtualization, storage, backup tools and network. * Exposure to different server hardware (HP, Dell & IBM), Understanding the backup tools & SAN technologies. * Exposure/experience to other Unix (Solaris, AIX), Exposure to OS virtualization (VMware), and Exposure to clustering in Red Hat Linux also required.
