Position: Lead QA Duration: Long term Location: Nashville, TN. Job Description: The performance lead must have at least 10 years of experience in a performance testing enterprise applications. The candidate must be an expert in testing tools such as QA Load, LoadRunner. The candidate must have a strong (expert) understanding of *object oriented principals and design patterns*. The candidate must not only be able to answer the ‘how’ questions related to development, but the ‘why’ questions. *The candidate must have led a team in the past*. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to lead the team and communicate with other teams. The candidate must have experience in AGILE development methodology. The candidate must be able to plan sprints, run daily scrums, and review sprint results.
