Must have experience testing full systems, knowledge of Change Control
process and Build Acceptance experience
Strong experience with Performance and Load testing
Experience being a product tester in a product dev organization is a plus

Previous work experience
Proven written and oral communication skills
Should have some experience in client communication
Strong debugging and diagnostic skills
