Senior Business Systems Analyst
-Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
-Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates
systems to parallel overall business strategies.
-Requires at least 7 years of experience.
*Additional Skills:*
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements analysis, gap
analysis, and future state definition
- Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
- Ability to understand design and conceptual architecture documentation
- Experience working on integration projects preferred
- Experience working in the financial industry preferred
- Agile experience scrum/kanban/scrumban a plus
- Knowledge of object-oriented and structured programming techniques a plus
- Understanding of the methods and processes involved in software
configuration management, version control, change management and release
management
- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end
users can understand
- Ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with
internal and external clients
*TOP SKILLS:*
* 7+ years BSA experience
* FUTURE STATE MODELING (conceptualize what is possible).
* GAP ANALYSIS of vendor products ("Do we build our own widget or have the
vendor build it").
* Technology stack: Small Talk and .Net
* SDLC and Agile
** Investment Systems Industry experience preferred.*
* Degree preferred.
