*Job Description:*
The candidate will be working on UIs for a customer-facing chat client,
system-configuration portals, and *real-time system monitoring portals as
it relates to Answer Desk services in Azure*.
We desperately need an expert in web development with knowledge of design
patterns and asynchronous service calls from the JavaScript client. I
really have full capacity on server-side technical expertise so those
skills *(deep .net and c#, Azure, etc.) *are a much lower priority
overall. *Really this role is about UX.*
Finding candidates who have worked exclusively in the web client layer on
their most recent projects would be the preferred filter. I need someone
who doesn't have to dust off their skills, but is fresh, experienced, and
ready to hit the ground running. If this means we need to get a candidate
with a higher bill rate to find stronger expertise, I can work to get an
exception, but the skills would have to match the rate.
*Expert-level technology skills needed:*
- MVC
- HTML5
- Kendo UI
- JavaScript
- JQuery
- Knockout
- Asynchronous service-call development in JS
- Win 8 App Development a plus
