*Role: SharePoint Architect/ Sr. Developer * *Location: Albany, NY* *Duration: 6 Months* Deliverable Requirement: Five 5 Deliverables described below to result from this project. For the purpose of this project, all deliverabled will be tangible written documents. 1. Documentation of overall SharePoint deployment ( SaaS, PaaS, laas, hybrid) options and specific recommendations by evaluating DFS's needs and scenarios to strategically select a deployment method for ITS implementation. 2. Documentation of overall SharePoint BI (Buisness Intelligence) options and specific recommendations by evaluating DFS's needs and scenarios to strategically select an analytics model for ITS implementation. 3. Documentation of overall SharePoint Goverance options and specific recommendations by evaluating DFS's needs and scenarios to strategically select a goverance model for ITS implementation. 4. Documentation of overall SharePoint Customization options and specific recommendations by evaluating DFS's needs and scenarios to strategically select a development model for ITS implementation. 5. Documentation of overall SharePoint ECM ( Enterprise Content Management) options and specific recommendations by evaluating DFS's needs and scenarios to strategically selece an ECM model for ITS implementation. Technical Response Guidance: 1. Please demonstrate the firm's capacity and capability to successfully, efficiently and effectively preform the work requested by DFS. 2. For eash of the five (5) deliverables, please propose a process to achieve work requested by DFS 3. Please identify any tools or proven techniques that will facilitate deliverable development. 4. Please limit technical response to 6 pages.
