These programs are designed to help people directly affected by Superstorm Sandy achieve permanent, sustainable housing solutions. This solicitation is for assistance with developing data sharing, analytics and reporting of Sandy Funding Tracker. The scope of services to be performed by the selected individual includes: o Work closely under the direction of the Project Manager with stakeholders from Housing Recovery Office, OMB, DoITT, the Mayor’s Office and other stakeholders including managers, line employees, and IT staff. o Responsible for designing and maintain ETL code using Informatica o Work with the Team Lead to ensure that the right solution is put in place as per design o Should be able to understand and follow the technical design documents and update them, if needed, during the development phase. o Execute development plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. o Modify existing programs to confirm to system changes or to make improvements in the existing program. Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing changes and corrections. *THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY:* *Mandatory Skill/Expertise* *Actual # Years & Months Experience* *Dates* *From through* *Where* *Employed* At least 4 years of overall development experience Must have 3+ years of ETL experience and Business Intelligence experience Must have Informatica PowerCenter development experience Must have Informatica B2B Data Transformation development experience Ability to Design, Develop and Deploy the ETL processes and performance tune ETL programs/scripts Strong knowledge of XML, XML Schema, XSD, XSLT/XPath and BI and Data Warehousing concepts Strong experience in Oracle, PL/SQL Unix shell scripting Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.
