Requirement : 3 Budget Formulation SME Northern Virginia Long Term o Provides federal budget formulation expertise on designing and implementing the business solution. o Participates in requirements gathering sessions. o Reviews functional deliverables, including requirements, interface and report designs, test scripts and training aids. o The following skills are strongly preferred for this role: § 8+ years of experience with SAP Budget Formulation, Oracle Federal Financials R12 Budgeting and/or Momentum Performance Budgeting. § 8+ years of experience with federal budget formulation system implementations and business processes, specifically around requirements gathering and business process re-engineering. § Knowledge of the NCUA business environment a plus. § Ability to work independently from an offsite location. § Proven track record of quality performance.
