At least 3 years of experience actively involved in developing, executing, and analyzing ecommerce web site performance 2. Strong skills with the following tools o SOASTA CloudTest (Alternative Loadrunner) o Dynatrace, nmon (Alternative Vantage Analyzer, New Relic) o Java, Javascript o Jira o Splunk 3. Experience with IBM Web Commerce Services (WCS), IBM Extreme Scale (WXS), Tomcat, memcached, Endeca, Apache SOLR, Oracle Database, Cassandra 4. Experience working with an offshore team 5. Strong communication skills 6. Self-driven 7. Able to work with others in a team Roles and responsibility Developing performance tests based to test the scalability of new application code releases for the target.com website Executing the performance tests Analyzing the performance test results, identifying next steps to resolve performance issues identified, and following up with the owning team Coordinate between multiple development teams to ensure that ensure follow-up of performance defects that have been raised Participate or lead performance related projects as needed Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different product teams within Target.com to understand and create strategy for performance testing based on the need and the hosted systems.
