Workday - HCM Integration consultant

The Integration Consultant works closely with the customer’s HR business
team to provide support in Workday production systems leveraging Workday’s
various integration products, tools, and services.
This role must have a deep knowledge of service oriented architecture
design principals, common ERP integration design patterns, in-depth
knowledge of Workday’s various integration technologies, and will combine
those skills to deliver successful integration deployments.
Design, Build, Test, and Deploy new Integration solutions
Enhance and/or Modify the existing integration between customer and
internal and external vendors
Ability to resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in
the
Workday solution
Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits
and Expense
Work with the business and vendors to elicit requirements and translate to
functional and technical requirements
Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve
integration issues in a timely manner.
Implementing integration solutions with ERP software
Human Resource, Payroll or Benefits software application experience
Integrating systems experience with third-party service vendors
Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
Web Services APIs, XML, XSLT integration technologies
Workday custom integration tool experience (EIB, Document Transformation
and Workday Studio)
