We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: *Automation Tester with QTP/UFT* Location: Menomonee Falls WI Duration: 18+ months Rate: $40/Hr. on c2c *Required Skills:* *Minimum Qualifications*: · Experience with *client-facing web applications and related back-end systems* · 5+ years of recent experience creating and executing on test plans, test strategies and test cases · 2+ years of recent experience using *Structured Query Language (SQL), preferably Sybase* · *QTP/UFT Experience* Demonstrated knowledge of testing methodologies and the software development life cycle; exposure to multiple project execution methodologies. · Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements, understand business process, correlate to testing, and identify gaps · Demonstrated ability to transfer requirements into use cases and test cases · Ability to identify additional test scenarios outside documented requirements · Experience creating and/or conditioning test data •Experience with defect tracking and management · Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and troubleshooting skills; highly organized · Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in managing QA tasks · Strong communication skills, both oral and written in individual, group and/or executive setting Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with *HP Qualiity Center/ALM* · Experience in business analysis · *Experience in the mutual funds industry* *-* *Thanks & Best regards,* Suresh| Recruiter|Oberon IT, Inc. 1404 W.
