*Senior Java Developer*

Job Description
We are looking for a senior Java developer to add to our internal Java
development team to help us maintain and build our corporate applications
(e.g., custom treasury, loan, investment, financial systems, integration
with other COTS, etc.). Work would include maintaining and developing both
external customer-facing and internal/employee applications. If you are

Essential Functions
Proficiently perform the following functions:
· Analyze requirements
· Design, develop, and test software solutions considering
business and
technology impacts, compliance with IT standards, roadmaps, etc.
· Provide technology leadership on specialized software
efforts:
large-grain, high-risk, complex, pivotal, etc.
· Collaborate across departments and project teams
· Ability to execute discovery and initial estimation phases
of a
software request
· Participate in refinement of Development practice, methods,
and tools
· Participate in SDLC refinement
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
· 8+ years of full SDLC experience utilizing Java
· Spring and JEE experience
· Experience commensurate with majority of Essential
Functions listed above
Desired Knowledge & Experience
· Spring
· Spring MVC or other MVC frameworks
· Appian BPM
· Web Services (SOAP, REST)
· Hibernate
· SVN/Maven/Ant/Nexus/Jenkins
· JEE application server and web server experience
· HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax
· Adobe Experience Manager (Formerly CQ)
· SQL and Database experience
· Unix/Linux/Windows experience
· CA IdentityMinder (SiteMinder)
· General knowledge of finance
· Experience with SOX 404 Compliance
Other Skills
· Requires minimal supervision
· Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks
· Improves processes
· Wide decision making scope
· Critical thinker / ability to compile information and
effectively
report out to various levels in the company
