*Position: **Project Manager – Call Center SME*

*Duration: 1 Year*

*Location: Linthicum, MD and Baltimore, MD*



*Minimum Qualifications:*

·          Minimum 10 years call center management or client engagement
experience in a multi-functional environment.

·         Ability to build relationships and create synergies with
employees, vendors, and customers.

·         Exemplary communication skills; ability to effectively
communicate with all levels of an organization and its vendor partners as
well as other critical stakeholders.

·         Ability to perform assessments, pinpoint issues, develop
recommendations including pros/cons and risks/benefits, and present to
management for discussion, review, and approval.

·         Quick study; ability to quickly come up to speed on business
needs and translate that into customer service needs

·         Strong Customer Service / consultative mindset.

·         Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce
quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.

·         Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong
attention to detail.

·         Bachelor's degree.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

·          At least five (5) years of specialized experience includes
management of help desks in a multi server environment, comprehensive
knowledge of PC operating systems (e.g., DOS, Windows), networking and mail
standards, and supervision of help desk employees. Demonstrated ability to
effectively communicate orally and in writing and to have a positive
customer service attitude.

·         Strong project management expertise particularly in call center
environments.

·         Significant experience and familiarity with call center
operations and KPIs.

·         Within the past three (3) years, experience managing call center
budgets as well as experience managing vendors and contracts.

·         Significant experience building and managing multi-level teams.

·         Strong teamwork, leadership and employee motivational skills.

·         Broad based call center operations experience including help
desk, telecom, and other associated IT services.

·         Extensive experience in report development, presentations, and
trending analysis.

·         Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives,
root cause analysis and project management

·         Project Management certification such as a Project Management
Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma.

  *Role and Responsibilities:*

·         The candidate should be flexible and adaptable, and work well in
a fast-paced environment.

·         Translate verbal and written requirements/functional
specifications into effective test cases/scenarios in order to conduct
integrated, scenario-based User Acceptance Testing of a complex, web-based
healthcare system.  The system includes multiple interfaces to state and
Federal systems, notifications, document management workflows, and full
case management eligibility determination, disposition, and life cycle
activities.

·         The candidate will be directly responsible for developing the
test cases/scripts, end-to-end test scenarios, working with business
stakeholders to refine test scenarios,

·         User Acceptance Testing execution, documenting defects, and
working with the technical team and business to troubleshoot and resolve
identified issues.

·         The candidate will work with business and technology leads to
identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for User
Acceptance Testing.

·         The candidate should have excellent communication skills (written
and verbal) and be adept at building relationships, and will be responsible
for creating functional and technical documentation.

·         Support user acceptance testing and be able to work evenings,
nights, weekends, and holidays as the work dictates.

·         The candidate will support on-site user support post go-live and
with advance notification may be required to travel to local offices
outside of the Baltimore metro area.

·         The candidate will support troubleshooting and provide
operational support including analysis of issues and documentation of
business requirements.  In this function the candidate may interact with
external agencies or possible the public.  The candidate shall have a
professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
