If you have any consultant comfortable and interested, please reply back with your updated resume and following information:- Full Legal Name: Email id: Phone Number: Current Location: Relocation: Visa Status: Availability to join: Availability for Interview: Rate: *Position: **Auditor, IT (Senior) * *Duration: 1 Year* *Location: Linthicum, MD and Baltimore, MD* *Responsibilities:* As directed by MHBE: · Work with the Office of the CIO to perform as-needed evaluations and audits on the work of Xerox and Deloitte to satisfy CMS requirements · Develop and deliver written attestations in an agreed-upon or CMS-prescribed format as directed · Attend and participate in meetings / conference calls with CMS to describe findings · Develop and deliver corrective action plans, as directed · Other duties as assigned *Minimum Qualifications:* · At least 10 years general auditing experience · Excellent communication skills including the ability to understand and communicate technical information to business users, and gather business requirements that can be translated into technical requirements · Experience with establishing and maintaining reporting databased/data warehouse · Good writing skills · Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as the work dictates · Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines · Exemplary communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, MHBE vendor partners, as well as other critical stakeholders. · Quick study including the ability to quickly come up to speed on business needs and translate business needs into customer service needs · Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills · Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment · Bachelor's degree *Specialized Experience:* · At least 3 years of previous Quality Assurance / Independent Verification and Validation experience within the past 2-5 years of working history · At least 5 years of working experience in complex and dynamic, multi-agency government technology projects, preferably with the Federal Government · Minimum one (1) year experience with and knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA), State Based Marketplaces (SBM), and business objectives of MHBE or Federally Facilitated Marketplaces (FFM) 2 · At least seven (7) years of experience in IT audits. Proficient in generally accepted IT standards, statements and practices.
