*#1) Title: ITSM Change Manager* Location: Fort Worth, TX Rate: C2C Description: ITSM Change Manager will ensure effective use of change management process and tools in the organization, including ensuring change management processes are ad hered to, and improving or maturing change management strategies and processes. Will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater pro ficiency of the change processes that impact employees in the organization, to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsibilities: Reviews on a daily basis change controls in the change management system of record to assess and advance or reject according to change management standards an d process guidelines. Ensures change controls are accurate and completed in a timely manner according to Change Management standards and process guidelines. Hosts weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) and /Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) meeting to review and approve change controls. Work directly with engineers and tower leaders to ensure Change Management processes are followed. Works to maintain Change Management processes and drive continuous process improvement. Other duties may include documenting change issues, change control system issues and recording and addressing client or service team challenges and opportunit ies. Assists in monitoring progress of Change Management process execution; as well as reviewing weekly reports. If needed be available to serve as On-call for emergency CAB (eCAB) meetings. Requirements: Experience in change management, as well as familiarity with other aspects of the ITIL frameworks. Solid understanding of business systems, infrastructure, ITIL v3 process requirements. Clearly understands the Change Management framework and how it interacts with the Configuration management frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and analysis capabilities. Able to produce spreadsheets and appropriate diagrams to produce Change Management KPI performance reports. Ability to write process documentation. Ability to relay process requirements clearly to others. Able to drive to detail but also step back and look at the broader view Well organized and able to successfully multi-task as needed. *#2) Title: Cargo Revenue Accounting SME* Location: Dallas, TX Rate: C2C Description: Cargo Revenue Accounting SME : Seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert in air cargo revenue accounting processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, daily/monthly close, electronic billing, electronic invoicing, clearing and settlement, dispute process and refunds and electronic payments. Candidate must have strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills and must be able to facilitate requirements gathering workshops with 20+ people. Prior experience with air cargo industry is a must. Knowledge of IATA standards and platforms for electronic billing and settlement such as CASS, SIS etc required.
