6+ Months The Administrator will have responsibility to drive global work stream processes across the business. This role will incorporate SFDC / FinancialForce processes into the business and drive the use of SFDC / FinancialForce to further enable business capabilities. The Administrator will provide functional direction to the network of key-users and will work directly with key-users / end-users to implement process improvements and value capture to support business initiatives. · SFDC / FinancialForce administration skills · Knowledge of SFDC / FinancialForce user-profile set up · Knowledge of the data sources and associated data architectures with SFDC / FinancialForce interfaces · Possesses an in-depth understanding of the configuration / customizations made to SFDC / FinancialForce during the End-to-End Transformation Project · Possesses knowledge of the business rules and processes around SFDC / FinancialForce configuration / customization · Ability to distinguish between software errors vs. end-user confusion / training needs relating to business processes · Ability to distinguish between software errors vs. errors relating to system set-up and administration · Ability to distinguish between SFDC errors and FinancialForce errors · Ability to mentor end-users on SFDC / FinancialForce including the business processes around the software configuration / customization. · Manages upgrades, configurations / customizations of SFDC /FinancialForce changes and new releases. · Business advocate at SFDC Key-user Group meetings. · Management of data sources and associated data architectures withFinancialForce interfaces. · FinancialForce user-profile set up and management. · Performs FinancialForce system maintenance, system support, and business process improvements. · Maintains the End-to-End business process mapping documentation in Visio. *Thanks & Regards* *Hemendra Kumar* Insigma Inc | 1920 Association Drive Suite # 302, Reston, VA 20191 Phone: 703-468-3024 I Email: hemendra.ku...@insigmainc.com ABOUT THIS E-MAIL: The information transmitted is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged material.
